MEET THE FOUNDER
Emily bridges ancient wisdom with modern science to help people reconnect with themselves and transform their lives. As a mind-body expert with over a decade in psychology and mental health, she brings unique insight to her work as a Mindfulness and Breathwork facilitator.
This journey began unexpectedly during her Neuroscience MSc, when yoga became her sanctuary from burnout. This personal discovery led her to Mysore, India for yoga teacher training, and eventually to a PhD in Clinical Psychopharmacology to explore the possibility of enhancing accessibility to the mindful state. Along the way, she's gathered advanced certifications in Rocket Yoga, Yin Yoga, and Mindfulness instruction.
Today, Emily teaches from her serene home studio in East London, where she helps individuals, small groups, and corporate clients find their center through evidence-based contemplative practices. Her mission is making these transformative practices accessible to all, while building a supportive community.
When she's not teaching, you'll find Emily exploring nature, practicing photography, or reflecting on the lessons learned from her years living aboard a narrowboat with her cuddly four-legged companion, Biene.
